Welcome to the Free-Running Wiki!Edit

Free-Running was the term used when Parkour was introduced to England, in the film 'Jump London'.Free-Running was created by Sebastien Foucan it was used in a movie called Jump London. The discipline of Parkour focuses on moving fast and efficiently from point A to B. Free-Runners (someone who does Free-Running) over time started to learn tricking (kicks meant for showing off such as the butterfly kick also known as the butterfly twist). In truth there is no difference between Free-Running and Parkour except for the fact that most people who call themselves Freerunners learn tricking moves while people who call themselves Traceurs (someone who does parkour) do not. Tricking itself is a completely different disipline.
